About Elena
I help bodies—individual and collective—reset their default to safety, satisfaction, and connection.
I’m a licensed psychotherapist, life coach, teacher, and somatic guide with over 18 years of experience helping people move from trauma and depletion to clarity, vitality, and joy. My work weaves together cutting-edge neuroscience, energy healing, body-based practices, and soulful presence.
Whether I’m teaching a CE training for therapists, guiding a healing group, or facilitating deep individual work, my approach is always grounded in compassion, intuition, and the belief that transformation should feel good in the body.
I’ve developed a powerful methodology called Somatic Installation, which integrates EFT/Tapping, Positive Neuroplasticity, and embodied group practices to help people internalize positive states in ways that are lasting, cellular, and deeply nourishing.
As a former bodyworker with graduate degrees in both education and counseling, I bring a rare blend of scientific rigor, embodied wisdom, and playful humanity to everything I do. My teaching style is experiential, relational, and full of moments of delight—because healing doesn’t have to be heavy to be real.
I specialize in working with therapists, healers, and spiritually curious people who want to live, work, and lead from the inside out—with more ease, more meaning, and more aliveness.
I live in Maryland with my teenage daughter, close to the river and trees that keep me steady. When I’m not teaching or coaching, I’m walking in nature, nerding out on brain science, dancing, or dreaming up a more connected world.
