Are you longing to expand your capacity for enjoyment and pleasure in all aspects of your life? This group is designed to help you overcome blocks to pleasure, cultivate self-compassion, and establish daily habits that support long-term positive change.
Throughout the course, we’ll explore a wide range of pleasures—from rest, movement, and food, to sensuality, sex, and spiritual autonomy. While the group is not solely focused on sensual and sexual pleasure, we will include supportive discussions on these topics, recognizing their importance in a holistic experience of pleasure.
What You Will Experience:
- Week 1: Releasing Blocks to Pleasure – Identify and let go of the barriers that prevent you from fully enjoying life.
- Week 2: Becoming Faithful, Compassionate, and Loving Towards Your Body – Develop a nurturing relationship with your body, grounded in love and self-compassion.
- Week 3: When Your Body Is Stressed, Treat Her Like a Friend – Learn how to listen to your body’s signals and respond with kindness and care.
- Week 4: Why Your Pleasure Is Good for You and Everyone Else – Understand the ripple effect of your own pleasure on your well-being and relationships.
- Week 5: Reclaiming Pleasures of Rest and Movement – Rediscover the joys of rest and physical activity, exploring how both can rejuvenate your body and mind.
- Week 6: Reclaiming Pleasures of Food – Reconnect with the sensory pleasures of eating, savoring the nourishment and delight that food can bring.
- Week 7: Reclaiming Pleasures of Play – Invite playfulness into your life, tapping into the joy and creativity that comes from letting go and having fun.
- Week 8: Reclaiming Pleasures of Sensual Expression – Explore your sensuality in a safe environment, learning to embrace and express your desires.
- Week 9: Reclaiming Pleasures of Sex – Engage in open dialogue about sexual pleasure, and learn techniques to enhance intimacy and connection.
- Week 10: Pleasure as a Path to Spiritual Autonomy – Discover how pleasure can be a gateway to deeper spiritual experiences and personal empowerment.
How We Work: This group uses evidence-based, brain- and body-based exercises, EFT/tapping, group discussion, movement, and play to help you deepen your connection to pleasure. Whether you’re new to exploring pleasure or looking to expand your practices, this group offers a supportive space to grow and connect with like-minded women.
Who Should Join: This group is ideal for holistically-minded women aged 18 and older, ready to embrace a more pleasure-positive way of living. Whether you’re beginning to explore these ideas or are already on a path of self-discovery, this group will provide the tools and community to support your journey.
