I offer single, time-limited and ongoing session for growth-minded adults. Most clients feel a significant shift by the end of the first 55 min. session.
Your therapy sessions are co-created through the flow of connection, so that what we create is efficient, enjoyable and uniquely right for YOU.  I use leading-edge somatic, energetic and brain-based techniques along with time-tested Jungian and archetypal methods. 
I no longer participate with insurance plan, but if your plan has out-of-network benefits, I am happy to provide the paperwork.
